- If a user of Ediscio saves or uploads contents which violate the law, then the operator of Ediscio reserves his right to remove these contents from Ediscio.
- The contents which the users of Ediscio create and publish on Ediscio may be re-used according to the Creative Commons Licence.
- For contents which are not made publicly availably on Ediscio and which do not violate existing copyright, the copyright is owned by the creator.
- The operator of Ediscio is not responsible for the contents which the users of Ediscio upload and save, and does not own these contents.
- Ediscio only provides the Service for creating, saving, and exchanging flashcards.
- A supervision of all uploaded and saved contents on Ediscio by the operator of Ediscio is technically impossible and is not done.
- Of course, the operator of Ediscio reacts as soon as possible if he is alerted by third parties about violation of copyright and/or the law. In that case, the operator will remove the affected contents from Ediscio.
- All contents on Ediscio is created by the users of Ediscio. There are no official contents from universities, educational facilities or similar on Ediscio.
- The correctness of the contents on Ediscio is not warranted. All contents are continually created or changed by the users of Ediscio. A check for correctness by Ediscio is not possible and not done.
- On Ediscio, no racist or offending expression in any here possible way is allowed.

- For the case of violation of the usage conditions, the operator of Ediscio reserves the right to delete the contents created or uploaded by the according user or to delete the user account of the according user.
